Shipping policy

We ship your order from our studio within 3 weekdays unless otherwise is notified.  This may differ due to national holiday dates. Check product pages carefully to see if there are any shipping date exceptions for your product. It takes 1-2 days for domestic deliveries. Also, you can pick up your order from our studio if you happen to be around. 

We do express shipping worldwide with DHL, TNT & FedEx. After your order leaves our studio, it takes additional 3-5 days until it reaches you. This may differ if customs are overloaded due to seasonal traffic or unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19. Please notice that additional customs fees may apply unless you buy from our Etsy shop. 

You will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number when your order is shipped.
